AUDITION FORMS FOR THE 2017 FINALS
Audition applications are accepted from November 1 - March 15, 2017. No entries will be accepted after this date! The audition fees are non-refundable and viewing materials are non-returnable.
Note: Before typing in information, save the document to your desktop and rename the file such as "AngelinaBallerina2017Audition". Close the document and then reopen to ensure you have saved it properly.
