The electrifying WBC All Stars of Dance performance will conclude the 2013 World Ballet Competition and has become a popular treat that has the community buzzing with excitement. This year’s performance is no exception with an excess of talent; featuring today’s dance stars from San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, and Complexions sharing the spotlight among winners of the 2013 World Ballet Competition. FAST FACTS ON THIS YEAR'S PERFORMANCE:
Several guest artists are former medalists of the World Ballet Competition!
- One of them is Taras Domitro, now principal dancer of San Francisco Ballet, who won the WBC Professional Category Gold Medal in 2008.
- Another is Sasha de Sola, now soloist of San Francisco Ballet, who won the Gold Medal in 2008 and also grew up studying in Orlando, Florida.
- The final is Jeffrey Cirio who won the Gold Medal in the Pre-Professional Category in 2009 while also a student in Orlando, Florida and is now principal dancer at Boston Ballet.
